1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing or using any part of the eubet website at https://eubet.app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions stated in this document. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and eubet ("Platform", "we", "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to register an account or use eubet services. Continued use of this website following any amendment to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use eubet services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You may only have one active account at eubet at any one time.

3 Account Registration

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account username and password secure. eubet will not be held liable for any losses resulting from disclosure of login details to another party. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. eubet reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any existing balances or bonuses if this violation is detected.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

eubet supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

The applicable transaction limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 10 and 45 minutes after verification is complete.

eubet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes identity verification and proof of the source of funds, in line with anti-money laundering protocols. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within the timeframe stated above.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All eubet promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply at the time the offer is made. These terms will be clearly stated on each relevant promotions page. Members are advised to fully read and understand all terms before accepting any bonus.

The eubet welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from that bonus may be withdrawn.

Calculation example: a deposit of RM100 yields a bonus of RM120 with an account balance of RM220, and the wagering requirement is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200. For a deposit of RM1,800, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 is received with a balance of RM2,800, and the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash.
• eubet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is any fraudulent activity or abuse.
• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

6 Game Rules

All games available at eubet — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook and live betting — have their own rules displayed within each game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

Game results are final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. In the event of a technical disruption such as loss of internet connection, eubet is not liable for any losses incurred. Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled once a game round has begun.

eubet reserves the right to void or suspend any wager suspected of involving manipulation, exploitation of system vulnerabilities or any form of fraud. eubet's decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibitions and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eubet platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening or using more than one account.
• Using automation software, bots or artificial systems to play or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the eubet system.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's personal information.
• Using funds obtained illegally for deposits.
• Any form of threats or harassment directed at eubet staff or other members.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

eubet respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal information. Information collected during registration and use of the platform will be used solely for service operation purposes, identity verification, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the eubet support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to applicable terms.

eubet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for other security reasons. In such situations, eubet reserves the right to withhold balances until the investigation is complete.

• Any actions by third parties that are beyond eubet's control.
• Indirect, consequential losses or lost profits.

In all circumstances, eubet's liability to any member shall not exceed the amount of that member's account balance at the time the incident occurred.

11 Amendments to the Terms

12 Applicable Law

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the Terms, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
